Current Southwest Climate Outlook
While not an official forecast, this outlook reflects both the official Climate Prediction Center forecast and a reasonable assessment of the implications of the outlook for our region.

Urban Water Research
This project provides insight into the ways that climate- and weather-related factors affect urban water systems in the Southwestern United States, and whether and how water providers and other decision makers use available information in coping with such events and situations.

Reconstructing Past Climate in the Southwest

National Weather Service Tucson Office
National Weather Service site that provides drought monitoring information on Southeastern Arizona.

National Weather Service Phoenix Office
National Weather Service site for current drought status information on Arizona.

Central Arizona Project (CAP)
Provides general information about the CAP, management-related information and schedules, operations details, and public information such as an e-newsletter, grant announcements, and upcoming public meeting times.

Salt River Project (SRP)
Geared toward customers using the site to pay for and locate water services, but also provides information about operations and the relevance of the SRP to peoples’ homes, businesses, and community.
