CLIMAS Projects - Themes

Improving the access and use of climate information requires addressing numerous topics, including the impacts of climate changes and variability on health and water, effective adaptation strategies, and communicating science to decision makers. CLIMAS has tapped a wealth of expertise in social, environmental, and decision-support fields to satisfy the widespread need for climate information and to address critical knowledge gaps in nine themes. All CLIMAS projects target at least one theme.
