The primary water management agency in Arizona. Administers and enforces Arizona’s groundwater code and surface water rights, manages the Colorado River’s water supply, and represents Arizona’s water rights to the federal government. Includes databases of water use and supply records, Indian water rights, xeriscaping, and water conservation pages.

Arizona Flood Warning and Drought Monitoring Webapage
Through the Multi-Agency Task Force this page provides real-time weather, precipitation and stream flow information in order to monitor and assess the potential risk for flooding in areas within Arizona.

Bureau of Reclamation--Upper Colorado

California Applications Program (CAP)

California Department of Water Resources
Primary water management entity for the state of California; covers water supply, planning and regulation, conditions on rivers and reservoirs, water education, flood management, historical records, infrastructure information, etc.

NASA, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory and University of Arizona project applying hydroclimate and impacts modeling and remote sensing to Southwestern water resources.

Colorado Basin River Forecast Center
NOAA center for Colorado River weather, climate, streamflow, and water supply forecasts and information. Information on river warnings and watches, recreational conditions, flood outlooks, seasonal forecasts, as well as hydrographs for Southwest Rivers.

Colorado River Commission of Nevada
Organization that acquires, manages, and protects Nevada's share of resources from the Colorado River.

Colorado River Water Users Association
Non-profit, non-partisan group aimed at protecting and safeguarding the interests of Colorado River water users; includes information about the member states, recent resolutions, and uses of the river.

Earth Data Analysis Center ESIP Project (UNM)
A regional assessment of the Upper Rio Grande Basin that is developing data products and information focusing on land economics, regional hydrology, and air quality; based at the University of New Mexico.

HyDIS Hydrological Data Information System
