CPC Climate Prediction Center Climate Diagnostics Bulletin
A monthly bulletin that reports on the previous month's status of the ocean-atmosphere climate system in the tropics and extratropics and provides various seasonal outlooks.
CPC ENSO Diagnostic Discussion
The CPC issues the monthly ENSO Diagnostic Discussion to address the current oceanic and atmospheric conditions in the Pacific and the seasonal climate outlook for the following one to three seasons.
CPC's Madden-Julian Oscillation (MJO) page
An atmospheric and oceanic phenomenon that affects the northern Pacific Ocean and western North America. Describes detection, prediction, relation to El Niņo and La Niņa, and impacts, including effects on precipitation in the western U.S.
