Mike Crimmins and Jeremy Weiss were invited to discuss precipitation and remote sensing data in the context of presence of drought conditions during 2016 in southeastern AZ rangelands. Presentation supported the delineation of grazing areas where drought-induced losses occurred and determine where disaster assistance through USDA Farm Service Agency is justified.
